Ashleigh, RDH · Certified Biological Dental Hygienist
Ashleigh is a Registered Dental Hygienist with 18 years of clinical experience and advanced certification through the International Academy of Biological Dentistry and Medicine (IABDM). Rather than just cleaning teeth, Ashleigh focuses deeply on the mouth-body connection. She helps patients reduce systemic inflammation through airway-focused screening, oral microbiome testing, and personalized recommendations tailored to your unique wellness goals.
Dedicated to providing a comfortable clinical environment, Ashleigh offers gentle, toxin-conscious care by utilizing state-of-the-art holistic therapies like ozone therapy, laser therapy, and modern biofilm-removal techniques. One of her greatest passions is setting patients up to thrive. By identifying dysfunctional patterns early, she promotes healthy oral function, proper tongue posture, and nasal breathing habits. This proactive approach sets children and adults up for better sleep, vibrant energy, more stable oral environments, and natural facial development.
When she isn't helping families achieve long-term vitality, Ashleigh is usually expanding her knowledge through advanced continuing education or cheering on her two children at running events.
Ilein, RDA
Ilein joined our office in August 2018. She grew up in Dripping Springs, Texas, but was born in Monterrey, N. L., Mexico. She graduated from Dripping Springs High School and attended Austin Dental Assistant School in 2015. She and her husband, Victor, love participating in their local church. They have two boys, Caleb and Benjamin.
When she's not at the office, Ilein loves to go for nature walks. She also loves attending her boys' soccer games and spending time with her family.
Jess, Patient Concierge
As the Patient Concierge and main point of contact at the office, Jess is here to help make your experience smooth, welcoming, and personalized from start to finish. Originally from Pennsylvania, Jess made the move to Austin over a decade ago for the sunshine and warm weather, but it's the incredible community and vibrant city that has made Austin feel like home. Since joining the team in 2023, she has enjoyed building relationships with patients and helping create a positive experience at every visit.
Outside the office, Jess stays busy with her young son and enjoys exploring Austin's outdoor spaces and everything the city has to offer.
